Evanna Empowerment Initiative is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals who cannot afford training in cakes and confectioneries worldwide. Our programs are inclusive and accessible, welcoming participants aged 15 and above regardless of gender. Classes run annually from January to October. At Evanna Empowerment

    OBJECTIVES

    Faith-Based Empowerment

    Rely on God to guide efforts in reaching out to the less privileged and the masses through skill acquisition in cake and cake making & confectioneries, with the ultimate goal of reducing unemployment.

    Monthly Training Sessions

    Conduct regular training sessions between January & October, focussing primarily on cakes and confectioneries while incorporating other relevant skills.

    Student Follow-Up

    Maintain connections with past students, providing mentorship and support to help them successfully establish their businesses.

    Support for Passionate Bakers

    Within a year or less, offer assistance to committed bakers who lack the means to purchase tools and ingredients, helping them kick-start their businesses.

    Regional Outreach

    Expand the program regionally by organizing physical training sessions in various areas, bringing hands-on learning to more communities.

    Impact Across Generations

    Strive to positively impact both young and old individuals, nurturing their baking and confectionery careers.

    Global Collaboration

    Host a one- or two-day event featuring renowned bakers from around the world to train students and share insights on intentionality and business success.

    Personal Development & Business Growth

    Integrate lessons on personal development, business management, and entrepreneurial skills into training sessions to ensure holistic growth.
